Your clinic is good.Almost nobody can tell from the outside.
Your schedule is full and your doctors are excellent. But when a patient asks an AI which clinic to use, it names someone else.
01 What happens now
The referral happens before anyone reaches your website.
- 1
A patient asks an AI
Before they ever reach a website.
- 2
It names two or three
Whichever it can describe confidently and check.
- 3
You are not on the list
Nothing appears in your analytics. There is no line for the patient who was never shown you.
One: a patient asks an AI assistant, “Best functional medicine clinic near me?”, before they reach any website.
Two: it names two or three clinics, whichever ones it can describe confidently and check. The patient books one.
Three: your practice is not on the list. Nothing appears in your analytics, because there is no line for the patient who was never shown you.
02 A practice we built
This is what it says about a practice we built.
Tell me about DentAlign NYC.
I can confirm DentAlign NYC exists in New York.
The practice is led by cosmetic and general dentist Kenn Kakosian, DDS, PhD, and specializes in Invisalign treatments.
The office is located on the 54th floor of the Chrysler Building.
It provides complete oral health care to adults in Midtown East, Manhattan, and throughout New York City.
The details about the practitioner, location, and services are consistent across multiple sources.
A real answer for DentAlign NYC, a Healthy Digital client, returned by the live check on this page on 17 September 2026.
Now ask it about yours.
The same check, on your practice, right now. It searches the web and answers as a patient would see it. Free, no email required.
03 The work
Foundation first. Then the channels.
Nobody prescribes before they diagnose.

04 Who does the work

Mariya Di Luzio
I create order out of chaos. That is the whole job.
I grew up in a small industrial city near the Ural Mountains, trained as a financial analyst, and moved to the United States without much English to start again.
I needed a website for a small food business, so I learned to build one. Then photography. Then the technical side. That pattern has not changed: when I do not know how to solve the thing in front of me, I learn it and it becomes part of how I help clients.
The practitioners who have helped me most were found through personal referrals, not through their websites or their marketing. They were excellent and almost impossible to find. That is the problem I work on. Good practitioners should be findable, understandable and easy to trust, without anything manipulative.
05 Common questions
The five asked most often.
What do you actually do?
We fix the foundation of a practice online, then build the doctors’ name on the channels patients check. In that order.
Who is it for?
Established clinics with real patients and real revenue. Not pre-launch practices, and not anyone who needs a site live in two weeks.
What does it cost?
The audit is $497 and comes off the price of anything started within 60 days. Everything else is published on the pricing page.
Do you do social media?
Yes, monthly, after the foundation is fixed. Posting harder at a site that does not convert is the expensive way to find that out.
How is this different from a web designer?
A designer is judged on how the page looks. This is measured: speed, contrast, structured data, and the same list of patient questions asked of AI every month.

The audit is $497 and it comes back off the price of anything you start within 60 days.
