Find out what AI says about you.

Three business days, five axes, one recorded walkthrough. Credited in full against any project started within 60 days.

The short answer

The Credibility Audit is a $497 assessment of what patients, search engines and AI assistants currently find when they look for your practice. It returns within three business days as a recorded walkthrough, a scorecard across five axes, the three fixes worth doing first, and a list of every claim on your site that could draw a regulator’s attention. It reads your channels and your listings too, not only the site, because that is where most of the wrong answers come from. If you start any project with The Healthy Digital within 60 days, the $497 comes off the price.

What you get

Six deliverables, all of them yours.

A recorded walkthrough15 to 20 minutes, screen and voice, going through your site the way a patient would and then the way a crawler does. Yours to keep and to share with your team.
A five-axis scorecardTrust, Findability, AI visibility, Speed and Compliance, each scored with the measurement next to it. Where a factor cannot be established from the outside, it is reported as unknown rather than guessed.
Three prioritised fixesThe three things costing you the most, in order, with what to do about each and roughly what it takes.
A compliance flag listEvery phrase on your site that could draw an FTC problem, quoted with the sentence around it so you can judge each one in a glance.
A live AI checkA fixed set of questions a patient would actually ask, run across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude, with what each one currently says about you recorded verbatim.
Your channels, not just your siteThe Google Business Profile and the directories that still list you, the reviews and how they are answered, and the social accounts: what they actually publish, how often, and whether any of it says the same thing the site says.

The scorecard

Five axes, and an honest gap where a crawl cannot see.

TrustWould a cautious patient believe this page?
Named practitioner, real credentials, visible policies, working contact routes, honest claim language.
FindabilityCan a search engine reach and understand every page?
Crawlability, one intent per page, titles and descriptions, internal linking, orphan pages, sitemap and robots.
AI visibilityCan an AI assistant answer a question about you correctly?
Structured data that matches the page, extractable answers, entity consistency across your profiles, crawler access.
SpeedDoes it hold up on a phone on cellular data?
Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint and layout shift, measured on mobile, plus what is causing the worst number.
ComplianceDoes the copy survive a regulator reading it?
Claim language scanned word by word, testimonials, disclosures, disclaimers, and where the evidence is missing.

Four things cannot be established by looking at a website from the outside: whether it is actually indexed, and whether the experience, expertise and authority it claims are real. Those are reported as unknown, with what would settle each one, and they are left out of the arithmetic. A score that quietly fills its own gaps is worse than no score.

Why now

The number that moved.

At the end of 2025, 31 percent of surveyed patients said they used AI to find a new provider. By the middle of 2026 that figure was 47 percent. Among the 465 respondents who had used AI to research a provider, two thirds said they met incorrect information about that provider, and 60 percent said they trust AI summaries without checking them.

Source: rater8 patient survey, reported 2026. Vendor survey, self-reported, not peer reviewed. Treat the direction as real and the decimal places as noise.

The errors reported were mundane: wrong addresses, wrong phone numbers, wrong insurance details, wrong hours. That is not a hallucination problem. It is a source problem. The assistant repeated what it could find, and what it could find was an old directory listing, an abandoned profile, or a page whose structured data disagreed with its own text.

Fit

Who this is not for.

  • Practices that are pre-launch or pre-revenue.
  • Anyone looking for a free opinion on whether their site looks nice.
  • Sites that were rebuilt in the last three months and have not been indexed yet, because there is nothing stable to measure.
  • Anyone who wants the audit to conclude that everything is fine.

Questions

Before you book.

How much is the Credibility Audit and how long does it take?

It is $497 and it comes back within three business days of the intake form being returned. The fee is credited in full against any project started within 60 days.

What do I need to give you?

A completed intake form, read access to Google Search Console and Google Business Profile if you have them, the handles of the channels you actually use, and the name of the person who approves public claims. Nothing else. You do not need to give anyone your website login for an audit.

Is this the same as a free website checkup?

No. A free checkup is a lead magnet that runs an automated scan. This is a measured audit with a recorded human walkthrough, a compliance pass on your actual copy, and live AI answers recorded verbatim. It takes several hours to produce.

What if the audit says my site is basically fine?

Then it says that, and you have paid $497 to stop worrying about it. An audit that always finds a crisis is a sales document, not an audit.

Do I have to build with you afterwards?

No. The audit is a finished deliverable and the fixes are written so another developer could carry them out. The credit-back exists because most people who read the scorecard want the work done, not to lock you in.

Is there a call before I pay for this?

Yes. A free thirty minute call comes first: what the practice does, who actually pays, and what is most likely costing you patients. Nothing is quoted on it. Plenty of people book the audit straight from the contact page instead, and that is fine too.

Why is AI visibility scored separately from search?

Because they behave differently. Ahrefs, testing 15,000 long-tail queries, found that only about 12 percent of the URLs AI assistants cite also rank in Google’s top ten, so a good search position does not tell you what an AI assistant will say about you.
