About

One person, and a set of rules.

Mariya Di Luzio, founder and creative strategist of The Healthy Digital Inc..

The short answer

The Healthy Digital is run by Mariya Di Luzio from New York, NY, working with health, wellness and clinical practices across the US and Canada. The work is brand systems, websites, health-claim compliance and the automation behind them. Current and past clients include Precision Wellness Practice and Living Light Reset, both of which are named here with permission.

Why this exists

Most marketing sold to health practices is a page builder, a stock photograph of a stethoscope, and a sentence promising transformation. It looks fine and it says nothing a regulator would enjoy reading. Meanwhile the practitioner, who is genuinely good at their job, gets judged on whichever version of them a stranger found online first.

That stranger is now often a machine. It reads the site, the directory listings, the old profile nobody updated, and the review nobody answered, and it produces a confident summary. Patients act on that summary. Roughly six in ten of them do not check it.

The correction is unglamorous. Say true things, say them clearly, put the source next to the claim, make the page fast enough to read on a phone in a waiting room, and make sure the structured description of the business matches the business. Those are the same habits that satisfy a cautious patient, a search engine, an AI AI assistant and a regulator. Doing them properly is the entire product.

The other half of it is time. A practitioner who is spending evenings fixing their own booking emails is not practising. Technology is supposed to give that time back, and most of the time it takes more.

Editorial standards

The rules every project is held to.

Published here so you can hold the work to them, and so you know in advance which arguments you are going to lose.

Sources sit next to claimsHealth claims are cited from PubMed, NIH, CDC, FDA, WHO, NHS, Cochrane, professional associations or official regulatory guidance, linked beside the sentence rather than dumped at the bottom. Wellness blogs and influencer posts are not sources.
Evidence quality is labelledA vendor survey is called a vendor survey. A single small study is called a single small study. Anything presented as stronger than it is will eventually be checked by someone who knows better.
Nothing cures anythingNo cure, treat, reverse, prevent, guaranteed or clinically proven, unless there is specific evidence and the brand is legally allowed to say it. May support, may help maintain, research suggests, and talk to a qualified professional are the honest alternatives.
Nothing is invented to fill a gapNo fake reviews, ratings, scarcity, credentials, before-and-afters or case studies. Structured data says only what the page visibly says. If a number cannot be verified, the sentence gets rewritten without it.
A human approves anything publicSoftware researches, drafts, formats and measures. A person approves every credential, health claim, testimonial, patient outcome and final line of copy. The drafting tools used here cannot publish. They write to a file and wait.
